Servo adjustable gripper fitted with pneumatic rotary drive and grippers. Mounted to a 6-axis Fanuc robot on a 7th axis.

Sort, vision inspect, laser mark, collate and package a finished component.

Multiple Robot Assembly System

Forming part of a larger production line. This multiple robot cell performing assembly, welding and inspection functions.

Modular Assembly System. 

Designed to fit into a pallet based assembly line. 2x Vision guided Epson Scara robots with flexible part feeders.

One Drop Cell

Completely self-contained robot cell. Fitted with 6-Axis Fanuc robot, index table and light curtain.

De moulding cell.

De moulding robot, perimeter guard and out-feed conveyor. The system shown has a 6 axis Fanuc robot but could be constructed with a Cartesian robot.

Compact Assembly System.

Bowl feed components, pneumatic pick and place, sealant dispensed by 6-axis robot.

Stainless steel construction, suitable for wash-down. Food Industry and Pharmaceutical industry applications.

Vacuum Gripper.

Lightweight gripper. Aluminium construction. Fitted with compensating vacuum grippers and pneumatic spru cutters.

Tooling.

New and retrofit tooling takes many forms. The example shown is for hot plate welding of car headlights.
